Hi, I’m Elena — founder of Lean Edge.
My career started in 2013 on the production floor. That hands-on experience shaped the way I approach improvement work today: keep it practical, make it clear, and focus on results that matter to the people doing the job.
As I moved into quality engineering and operational excellence, I saw how powerful simple, structured problem-solving can be when teams understand it and own it. Lean Edge was built on that idea.
I created Lean Edge because I’ve seen how difficult it can be for teams to solve problems when processes don’t make sense or when improvement tools feel too complicated. My goal is to make Lean practical, simple, and clear, something people actually want to use.
Every training and service offered through Lean Edge was created from real manufacturing experience. And the work doesn’t stop at delivering a course or a certificate, I stay with you until the improvements are in place and the desired goals achieved.
If Lean Edge can support you or your team, we are here to help.
Please reach us at info@leanedge.org if you cannot find an answer to your question.
If you're experiencing delays, defects, rework, or team frustration — you're ready. We’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
No prior experience is required. Our sessions are designed to be practical, engaging, and accessible to all levels.

Yes! We offer bundled training options and can customize a Lean learning path for your team. Whether you're looking to run back-to-back workshops or space them out over a quarter, we’ll help build a plan that fits your goals and schedule.
A Kaizen Event is a short, focused workshop that targets a specific area for rapid improvement. An A3 project is a structured, longer-term problem-solving process that follows the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) approach.
Both. We offer hands-on coaching and guidance to help teams implement what they learn. Our goal is sustained improvement, not just classroom time.
You’ll receive a quick scorecard with improvement opportunities. If you're interested in going further, we’ll recommend the right services — no pressure.
You choose a plan (10, 15, or 20 hours/month). Hours can be used for calls, reviews, templates, or meeting facilitation. We stay flexible to your needs.
We’re here to support your next step toward operational excellence.
