Hi, I’m Elena — founder of Lean Edge.
My career didn't start in a boardroom; it started on the factory floor as a machine operator. That's where I learned what really matters — the rhythm of a shift, the pressure to perform, and the critical details that make or break the process. That experience became my foundation.
As I moved into quality and then operational excellence, I never lost that ground-level perspective. My approach has always been about connecting the dots between efficiency, robust systems, and the people who make it all happen. I've seen that the best process improvements aren't about complex theories; they're about practical, hands-on changes that teams can own and believe in.
